what if the slots were every 3 hours. for example from 6 to 14 and someone wanted to book from 7 for 3 hours. can this be handled somehow?

I used exactly the same reasoning as in the course why I can use a maximum of 10 h of service length and when I set, for example, 11 h an error appears:
The end time 2025-05-08 05:00:00 is before the start time 2025-05-08 06:00:00.
is it Thursday and working hours from 6 to 17?
