It's been a while since we touched our filters on here, but now that we have solutions in place for discussions, we can add two more filters, whether discussions are solved and whether they are unsolved. And that obviously helps people find things that have solutions or don't have solutions so they can go ahead and contribute. So we're going to head over to our query filter section, grab any of these and just go ahead and start to create them out.

So let's create a solved query filter, first of all. And let's go ahead, just pop this in, of course, change the name here. And let's go ahead and get rid of this. And this is really simple.

We just want to say where not null solution post ID. That's pretty much it. If it has this, it's been solved. So now we can head over to our navigation component and we can add these in.

So, of course, this is for everyone, regardless of whether they're signed in. So let's copy this down, say solved. And solved. And let's go ahead and say solved.

OK, so this is, of course, isn't going to work at the moment. We know that we need to add these specifically to be allowed. So let's head over to the forum index controller and just pop this in here. So solved and solved query filter.

Now, we know that the discussion I created here has a solution. Just mark that something else. So when we hit solved, there it is. So very, very easy now to build a filter for that.

So the complete opposite of this one then is going to be an unsolved query filter. So let's very quickly build this one out. It's just the total opposite of this. And we are done with our filters.

So this is our unsolved query filter. And it is where this is null. So just complete opposite. So we can go over to our controller here,

change this to unsolved, put in the unsolved query filter and then head straight over to our navigation. Copy this down and say unsolved. Change that to unsolved.

And of course, change the text over to unsolved. So everything except another discussion is now in here. So there we go. Two more filters really easily added with that new functionality that we've built.
